Charles Mfg. Sets New Record In New SpaceCharles Mfg. is on track to set a new sales record at the same time the addition to their Warren manufacturing plant is completed. According to company president Dave Frazier, “We set a new sales record in the month of December and anticipate a very solid end to this fiscal year.”
Our building addition is intended to house capital equipment, facilitate improved material handling and provide space for increased production capacity. “Every improvement we undertake is designed to increase the value we provide to our customers," Frazier explained.
Some of the value will come from new equipment. Capital equipment purchases have cautiously begun for the Warren metal fabricator. A new CNC turret punch press was added to existing CNC production equipment late in 2004.
Charles has been custom manufacturing parts for the machine-building, electronics, commercial construction, tooling and enclosure industries for over 23 years. Specializing in short runs and rapid turnaround, they work primarily with light gauge materials. They also manufacture consumer products for the automotive aftermarket and fireplace consumer products industries.
